  • Step 1: Contact us for a Free Consultation

    We’ll start with a free 30 minute consultation to discuss your project and the kind of visuals you need - whether for architecture, interior design, or both. We’ll also explore the mood, style, and “vibe” you want your visuals to capture, ensuring we’re aligned from the very beginning.

  • Step 2: Send Your Plans / Ideas

    Once we understand your vision, send us your CAD elevations, sections, and plans. We’ll review the project scope, the number of visuals needed, and whether the focus is interior, exterior, or both. From there, we’ll provide a custom price based on project size and complexity.

  • Step 3: Booking & Development

    When you’re ready to move forward, a $100 booking fee is required to begin. This amount will be credited toward your final invoice.
    We’ll then start building your project in professional 3D rendering software.

    Note: We do not sell the 3D model itself — your purchase includes the final visuals only.

  • Step 4: Review & Final Delivery

    Throughout the process, you’ll receive progress updates with images for your review. You can share feedback and request edits at no extra charge until you’re 100% happy with the result. Only once you’re fully satisfied will you receive your final project visuals: ready to present, pitch, or market.
