about Rachel

With a strong foundation in interior design and a growing expertise in architecture, Rachel is deeply committed to creating human-centered spaces that balance conceptual depth with technical precision.

She earned her Bachelor of Interior Design (CIDA-accredited) from the Toronto Metropolitan University School of Interior Design in 2022, before completing her Master of Architecture (ARB/RIBA Part 2) at the University of Nottingham, graduating in June 2025 with a First-Class degree. Her academic work reflects a strong interest in the psychological and emotional dimensions of space. Her Master’s research explored the application of Gestalt psychology in architectural design, developing a framework for emotive architecture, an approach that enhances spatial experience by aligning architectural form with cognitive and emotional perception.

Rachel has professional experience working across Canada, the United Kingdom, and Spain, and she values international practice as a vital part of architectural growth. She believes that becoming a better architect begins with truly understanding the world, embracing diverse cultures, places, and perspectives through travel, collaboration, and lived experience.

Rachel has a strong passion for architectural visualization, valuing the creative and artistic process as an essential design tool. She believes that well-crafted visuals allow clients to truly understand and emotionally connect with their spaces before they are built, and considers visualization one of the most important steps within the design schedule, bridging concept, experience, and reality.
